Please note that filling out this form does not guarantee placement. All applicants will be reviewed and considered prior to enrolment.

Payment Policy: class deposit is required to secure a seat in the class. Balance of tuition is due on or before the first day of class. Any student not paying full balance on 1st day will be subject to late payment charges.

 

Cancellation Policy: Student must cancel 10 business days in advance of class start date to receive a tuition refund less a $100.00+HST Cancellation Fee. There are no refunds for students who withdraw less than 10 business days in advance of class start date. 

 

Withdrawal Policy (due to illness, industry booking or administrator/director permission): Students can request a credit of remaining classes to be used towards another group course (must be used in the next 1 year, not applicable to coaching services or workshops). There will be a $100+HST Transfer Fee deducted from the credit.
