Studio Policies
AUDITING CLASSES: $20 per class plus GST = $21.00
Conditions: Actors can audit a maximum of 2 (two) classes in a course and they must be consecutive.
FULL COURSES (13 weeks)
Holding Your Place: A seat in a class can only be secured with deposit payment or in full. We will only hold seats for 2-weeks (by the calendar). If payment is not received the seat will automatically be released.
Payment Policy: Payment in full OR $100 deposit (refundable only with 7 days advanced notice) required to secure seat in course. Balance of tuition is due on first class. Any student not paying full balance on 1st day will be charged $25 plan fee and required to set-up a payment plan. With payment plans all fees must be paid before 6th class and cheques/cc must be provided.
Cancellation Policy: student must cancel 7 calendar days in advanced of start date to receive a full refund. Cancellation less than 7 days in advance will result in a partial refund (tuition less $100 plus gst = $105 non refundable deposit).
Refund or Credit request:
Withdrawal before 3rd class: either refund of last 7 classes or student can request a credit of unused classes to use towards another class of either 6 week or 13 week duration (must be used in the next 1 year).
Withdrawal on or after 3rd class (due to illness, industry booking or administrator/director permission): Student can request a credit of unused classes to be used towards another class of either 6 week or 13-week duration (must be used in the next 1 year). There will be a $100 transfer fee charged at the time of rebook plus cost of classes not covered by credit.
HALF COURSES (6-weeks) & ELECTIVES

INTENSIVES (1-week Intensive Course)
Payment Policy: Full course tuition is required to secure a seat in the course.
Cancellation Policy: Student must cancel 7 calendar days in advance of start date to receive a full refund. Cancellation less than 7 day in advance will result in a partial refund (tuition less $50 plus gst=$52.50 non-refundable deposit).
