Laura Nordin is a professional actor, director, filmmaker, and teacher with her MFA in acting from Harvard's American Repertory Theatre and the prestigious Moscow Art Theatre School. She has performed on stages in the U.S., Canada, and Russia. Laura recently starred in Agamemnon as both Agamemnon and Clytemnestra (Theatre Cipher), Marie in Stranger (Praxis Theatre), and Lady Macbeth (Classical Theatre Project). Laura appeared in Pontypool directed by the legendary Bruce McDonald and starred in Truth by Oscar-nominated director Hubert Davis. Recent directing credits include: The Package (Movieola), Laundry Day, and You vs Me's music video for the single "Someday". Laura recently directed a trilogy of short films based on the novel, When I Was Young and in My Prime by Alayna Munce which is set to be released in the fall. She is currently producing the short film Come Here Go Away. Laura has been teaching acting for film, television, and theatre for the last 5 years and she is thrilled to be teaching at Armstrong Acting Studios.
